How to Prepare
Measure out your preferred amount of powder (we suggest 2-4g) and sift into your bowl.
Heat up water to 80 degrees (or boil and wait a minute after so it can cool). Add a splash of water, whisk until a thick paste forms, and add more as desired.
Add milk or sweetener as needed.
